Taste wines from our favorite, small family run vintners while you dine on a menu that embodies a creative and innovative approach to simple, natural, healthy ingredients. Celebrate a day well lived with innovative meals prepared by PM Executive Chef of Three Sisters, Joey Edwards, and Executive Chef of the Firetower, Joel Werner.
Dinner reservations may be made at Three Sisters and the Firetower between 5:30pm and 9:00pm.
While we accept a limited number of outside dining reservations in Three Sisters for dinner, dining in the Firetower is for registered guests only. However, due to increased hotel occupancy, we are currently not taking any outside dining requests.
We are a leisure property with cozy, intimate dining and reception areas, and very limited private dining space that allows for groups of 10 guests maximum based on availability. Though larger groups do not have the option of dining together simultaneously, our team will gladly assist with separate dining reservations at staggered seating times based on availability.
