Traditional rates include nightly accommodations as well as dinner and breakfast starting with dinner on the day of arrival and ending with breakfast on the day of departure within our restaurants during traditional meal hours (7:30-10:30am and 6:00-10:00pm), along with all pantry snacks, pantry non-alcoholic beverages, fitness classes from 7:00-11:00am and guided morning hike. Supplemental charges will apply for lunch, spa services, guided activities, alcohol, gift shop items, and additional food and beverage experiences either via room service or in our restaurants during non-traditional dining times. Additional food and beverage offerings and experiences are available all days through private chef events, meals afield or from our All Day Dining Menu offered as room service or in the lounge for an additional charge.

A three night minimum is required for all stays unless otherwise noted. A four night minimum is required for Thanksgiving. Friday and Saturday must be booked together. Contact the Reservations team for more information.

Rates, minus $100, are available for a single-occupancy stay. Rates do not include all applicable taxes and a 19% service charge.


Children of any age are welcome throughout the year at Blackberry Mountain. Families with children over the age of 10 are welcome to dine at Three Sisters and The Firetower during normal dinner hours. Three Sisters family dining times for families with children under age 10 are between 6 and 7pm.

Nightly charges for children: Children under 4 years of age may stay in their parent's room free of charge.

Charges for children 4 years of age and older, staying in their parent's room, will be $250 per child, per night, plus tax and service charge. This standard room charge covers meals, pantry snacks, sodas, and Camp Blackberry. For more information regarding the months of Camp Blackberry, please contact reservations.

Camp Blackberry Rates

Camp Blackberry provides fun-filled, fully supervised daily activities for your children. The camp is available for children ages 4 and up and Adventure Camp is available for children 8 and up during special times throughout the year and is included in the daily child surcharge of $250 per child and within the family room rate when purchasing a room for the child. Private sitting service is available with advanced notice for $25/hour for children under the age of 4.


All meals are special events at Blackberry Mountain, and our Culinary team takes great pride in using only the finest ingredients to create memorable cuisine. Breakfast can be enjoyed at the lounge in the Lodge from 7:30- 10:30am or experience a Mountain Top Breakfast at the Firetower from 7:30-10:30am. The Firetower will be open from sunrise to sunset. Lunch at Blackberry Mountain is a relaxed affair and is available from 12:00 noon-2:30pm daily in the Firetower. Boxed lunches are available for traveling to activities. A bar area with snack menu will be open in the Firetower from 2:30-7:00pm. An all-day menu is served at the lounge in the Lodge from 12 noon until close. Dinner is enjoyed by reservation at Three Sisters from 6:00-9:00pm. Dinner attire is Mountain casual, which means you will see everything from sports coats and dresses to jeans and a nice top. Jackets are not required for men. Three Sisters does not allow hats, shorts or flip flops. Families with children over the age of 10 are welcome to dine at Three Sisters and the Firetower during normal dinner hours. Three Sisters family dining dinner times for families with children under age 10 are between 6:00 and 7:00pm.

Arrival & Departure

Rooms are available for check-in at 4:00 p.m. Departure is at 12 noon. While we make every attempt to accommodate early arrivals, we cannot guarantee room availability before 4:00 p.m. However, we can store your luggage in the event of early arrival or late departure.


Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $100.00 non-refundable administration fee. If your reservation is cancelled between 29 – 15 days of arrival we will gladly move your full deposit to new dates from six months of your original arrival date based on availability. If your reservation is cancelled inside 15 days of arrival, half of your original deposit will be forfeited and the remainder of your deposit will be moved to your new reservation dates that must fall within six months of your original arrival date.

Please note that cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the event date will result in a full refund of the activity fee. Cancellations made within 29 days of the event date will result in a forfeiture of the event activity fee.


A two-night deposit will be charged at time of reservation unless a one night stay is booked. All applicable event activity fees will be charged at the time of confirmation.

Group Reservations

Group reservations must be five or more rooms. Indoor meeting spaces are available for group use as well as two group dining locations and an outdoor fire pit that will comfortably facilitate a group gathering.
