Energize. Satisfy. Inspire. Our approach to cuisine on the Mountain is focused on creative and wholesome ingredients. We combine our love for the area and ingredients with flavors, foods and techniques from around the world. The cuisine is fresh, unexpected and fulfilling.
Included meals begin with dinner on the guest's day of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. Guests are welcome to join us in the restaurant for lunch on their day of arrival or departure for a supplemental fee. Lodge Pool Service from 12:00pm to 2:30pm service is included in your stay, midday meals and service from 2:30pm to 5:30pm is available for a supplemental fee.
While we accept a limited number of outside dining reservations in Three Sisters for dinner, dining in the Firetower is for registered guests only. However, due to increased hotel occupancy, we are currently not taking any outside dining requests.

From a certain angle, the mountain ridge that makes up Blackberry Mountain looks more like three distinct mountains rather than one undulating ridge. Because of this, the locals have always called this ridge, Three Sisters. Our flagship restaurant located in the Lodge at Blackberry Mountain gets its name from that story. Three Sisters. Here you will experience an inventive menu with a focus on the local and foraged produce of our region. Sip internationally curated wines, boutique spirits and beers. Three Sisters shares a culinary journey unlike any you’ve enjoyed, with elegant dinners and stunning views served daily.
