DAILY HIKE TO BREAKFAST

Start your morning out on the right foot! Meet at the Hub for a hike that will not only work up an appetite, but provide stunning views along the way.

DAILY WELLNESS CLASSES

Daily wellness classes take place from 8:00am-12:00pm and are included in the stay rate. Please contact the Concierge to book ahead. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

The Gym

There’s no better room to inspire you to be your best. Intentionally designed with open space to allow for dynamic movement, functional training tools that turn work into play and plenty of options for cardio, this is where we sweat and connect. It is also the place where our personal trainers listen, support and challenge your goals, be it a routine workout away from home or a new beginning you start here with us.

MOVEMENT STUDIO

Our bodies crave movement, and we created this space as a means to explore the many possible forms that can take. Whether shaking in a barre class, finding yourself suspended mid TRX circuit, nailing a new dance move or flying through the air in your first bungee session, we hope you use this space to experiment and play with new ways to move and strengthen your body, mind and soul.

BARRE

With foundations in Pilates, yoga and dance, barre-based moves will warm, isolate and let your muscles shake.

CARDIO BARRE

The barre moves you love with interval training to boot.

CARDIO DANCE

Dance floor endorphins are the best endorphins. Come sweat, smile and have fun! No experience required.

MOUNTAIN HIIT

Earn your recovery period between explosive intervals in this high energy training class.

Roll and release your muscles to find the benefits of Self Myofascial Release (SMR) which is proven to aid in recovery, increase mobility and help prevent injury.

Work hard and play harder! Explore ground based work and flight based skills that will strengthen your stamina.

CARDIO CORE

Meet us in the Movement Studio for this strength training and conditioning class designed to challenge the mind and body. Change up your strength and endurance work with this challenging class of core supersets and cardio bursts!

Explore movements to increase range of motion, flexibility and overall efficiency.

SUSPENSION PILATES

Use the leverage of TRX and full body strength to create new fire in this Pilates style suspension class.

One step into this sacred space and you’ll sense the presence of the Mountain calling you to connect moment by moment, breath by breath. Surrounded by the treetops of mid-mountain, this room invites you to explore your practice in ways familiar and new alike – from aerial flow classes to our ropes wall, hot power or a candlelit restorative practice and sound bath.
