By providing your mobile phone number and opting-in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Blackberry Mountain a subsidiary of Blackberry Farm, LLC regarding your guest experience and to these Terms and Conditions. 

SMS Program Description

Messages may include service updates, responses to feedback, follow up regarding your stay or visit, customer support communications and satisfaction surveys.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Blackberry Mountain.

Message and data rates may apply.

Carrier Disclosure

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

How to Opt-In

You may opt in to receive SMS communications by:

• Providing your consent during the reservation or guest registration process.
• Explicitly agreeing to receive SMS communications when requested by Blackberry Mountain.

How to Opt-Out

You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from Blackberry Mountain.

After opting-out, you will receive a confirmation message, and no additional SMS messages will be sent unless you choose to opt-in again.
